2011 Annual Meeting
Expert Roundtables Schedule

New this year, and in lieu of media briefings, AAOS will offer expert roundtable discussions – where one or two top experts who are presenting new research during the meeting will be available to talk with the media at specific, pre-arranged times.  These sessions will be held on each day of the meeting, either between 7 and 8 am, and or between 12:00 to 1:30 pm in the media conference room, 23C.  Each roundtable session will have breakfast or lunch available for journalists and the expert(s).

Roundtable discussions are informal, small group sessions, giving journalists an opportunity to learn more about specific new research, and ask questions of the top leading orthopaedic surgeons in this field.  Media are urged to sign up in advance of the meetings for any given roundtable, as space for these interviews is very limited.  As media interest is confirmed, more information will be sent to you.  Please email media@aaos.org  no later than February 9, 2011 and indicate which roundtable(s) you are interested in to confirm your space.
