Dr. Ilya Voloshin is an Associate Professor and the Chief of the Shoulder and Elbow Division at the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester Medical Center.  He is a team physician for professional indoor lacrosse team, the Rochester Knighthawks, and a team physician for Nazareth College athletic program.

Dr. Voloshin received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and performed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Center for Shoulder, Elbow, and Sports Medicine at Columbia University.
