Dr. Brophy is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis specializing in sports medicine. After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University, he completed medical school at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency and shoulder/sports medicine fellowship training at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, where he had the opportunity to work with the New York Giants under Dr. Russell Warren, before returning to Washington University as a member of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Brophy serves as an assistant team physician with the St. Louis Rams.
